Diving exercise Triton 2026
The Navy's diving exercise with international participation, Triton 2026, ended in Varna on 18 September; divers from three countries trained together in mine countermeasures.
Over several days the diving teams applied NATO procedures and standards for diving and underwater demolition, to improve interoperability against the mine threat. The participating countries other than Bulgaria are not named. The next exercise is planned for 2027.
