OSINTBlack Sea
According to media reports, Italian, British and US aircraft flew simultaneously over the Black Sea on 3 November. The British aircraft was east of the Bulgarian coast. The reports originate from a single source and do not confirm a joint NATO operation.
OSINTKerch Strait
The investigation claims that the pollution has not been fully cleared and that Rosneft has remained outside the main claims. Court reports confirm compensation awards totalling nearly 85 billion roubles, but not whether the money has been recovered.
OSINTBlack Sea off Romania
According to the publication, an airborne early warning and control aircraft was tracked off the Romanian coast. There is no independent confirmation, and electronic interference marked on a map does not prove that the aircraft was affected.
OSINTGvardeyskoye, Crimea
According to the Ukrainian channel, more than 20 shelters protected by earth embankments and around 40 smaller structures are being built at the airfield. There is no independent confirmation, and the number of facilities alone does not indicate an increase in attack capacity.
OSINTVarna
Flight-tracking data show it over the sea east of Varna, partly below 9,000 ft. There is no official information.
