Air-raid alert and public warning issued in Tulcea County after Russian attacks on Ukrainian Danube ports

On the night of 5–6 November 2026, an air-raid alert was issued for the northern and eastern parts of Tulcea County, and an RO-Alert message was sent at 00:19. Romania’s Ministry of Defence said Russia had continued attacks on Ukrainian Danube ports and that no incursions into Romanian airspace had been reported; the alert ended at 00:41.
