The Moscow-installed authorities reported more than 276,000 customers without electricity. The same evening a Ukrainian OSINT channel also reported strikes near occupied Melitopol.

The governor has not named the affected industrial site in Kstovo district, while media reports identify the NORSI refinery. Whether the strike disrupted fuel production remains unclear.
